We have a baseball theme 1958 arcade game we bought in 1975 that has continued to work flawlessly with a little oil to a couple of critical gears now and then. Pin games are complex little beasts with a zillion moving parts and pieces and electrical and/or digital widgets that can and will fail and then, as Tony Soprano asked often in the series, "What are ya gonna do?" Two weeks or two months in and something stops working. On the one hand once a game is set up and in great working condition in your house they can go for years with heavy use without a single problem. So this leads to the issues of owning a pin or several pins. It was a bit dirty but everything worked and diagnostics all checked good - we just don't have the financial resources to pay $6500 for ANY game. Like we bought our Twilight Zone for $1900 right off a commercial location. ![]() ![]() Coin=op pinball games are great for home game rooms and we have been buying and playing and selling and/or trading for about 33 years.Īs already posted there are many to find that you can buy and prices are all over the place.
